Replace ifdamaged.Note: If the coolant runs low too oftenor the coolant level in thecoolant tank drops without anychange in the level in thereservoir, there may be water orair leaks in the cooling system.Consult authorized Yanmardealer or distributor.CRANKING THE ENGINENOTICEWhen the engine has not been used for along period of time, engine oil will not bedistributed to all of the operating parts.Using the engine in this condition will leadto seizure. After a long period of no use,distribute engine oil to each part bycranking. Perform in accordance with thefollowing procedures before beginningoperation.1. Open seacock.2. Open fuel cock.3. Put remote control shift lever inNEUTRAL. See Starting the Engine onpage 41.4. Turn on the battery switch (if equipped).5. Crank the engine.1- Push the power switch on theinstrument panel and turn on thepower.2- Operate the starter while pushing inthe emergency stop button(Figure 13) on the back of the fuelpump. This stops the fuel supply.When you push the start switch on theinstrument panel while the emergencybutton is pushed in, the starter operatesand the engine cranks.Crank the engine 5 seconds.
