Advanced Phone Features91To retrieve a call placed on private hold:1. Press or the Resume soft key on the hold phone when there is a private heldcall on the shared line.NoteTo barge in a shared line call:When there is an active call on the shared line, the user can barge in the active call bypressing the line key (either a short or long press) on any other phone shares the line.Do one of the following:- Press the line key to barge in the active call.- Long press the line key.The Cancel, NewCall and BargeIn soft keys appear on the LCD screen.Press the BargeIn soft key to barge in the active call.For more line key LED indications, refer to LED Instructions on page 5.You can record calls by pressing a record key on the SIP-T26P IP phone. There are 2different ways of configuring call recording and they even work differently: Record: The phone sends SIP INFO message containing a specific header to triggera recording. URL Record: The phone sends HTTP URL request to trigger a recording. Contactyour system administrator for the predefined URL.NoteTo configure a Record key via phone user interface:1. Press Menu->Features->DSS Keys->Memory Keys (or Line Keys).2. Select the desired DSS key.The private held call can be only retrieved by the hold party.The record feature is not available on all servers. Contact your system administrator formore information. |
