Click Browse to select a contact list file (file format must be .csv) from your localsystem.3. Click Import CSV to import the contact list.You can then select whether to delete all old contacts while importing the contactlist, and select the contact information you want to import into the local directory.Such as contact name, office number or mobile number.4. Click Import to complete importing the contact list.To export contact list via web user interface:1. Click on Contacts->Local Directory.2. Click Export XML (or Export CSV).3. Click Save to save the contact list to your local system.The built-in phone directory stores the names and phone numbers of the blacklist. Youcan store up to 30 contacts in your phone’s blacklist directory. You can add, edit, deleteor search for a contact in the blacklist directory. You can also dial a contact in theblacklist directory, but an incoming call from the blacklist directory will be rejectedautomatically.Operating instructions of adding blacklists, editing blacklists, deleting blacklists, placingcall to blacklists and searching for contact in the blacklist, refer to the operatinginstructions of Local Directory on page 28.You can access your corporate directory through your phone. You can add localcontacts from the corporate directory. You can also dial a contact from the corporatedirectory.You can configure your new phone to access up to 5 corporate directories. Contact yoursystem administrator for the access URL of the corporate directory.To configure an access URL for remote phonebook via web user interface:1. Click on Contacts->Remote Phone Book.2. Enter the access URL in the Phone Book URL field.3. Enter the name in the Name field.4. Click Confirm to accept the change.
