Administrator‘s Guide for Yealink Video Conferencing Systems148We may need you to provide the system configurations to the engineer to help analyzeproblems. You can import configurations to your system to configure your system quickly.The file format of configuration file must be *.bin.To export the system configurations via the web user interface:1. Click on Setting->Configuration.2. Check or uncheck the Export Passwords checkbox according to actual demand.3. Click Export.If you check the Export Passwords checkbox, the web user interface is shown below:4. Click Confirm to export the configurations.To import the phone configurations via the web user interface:1. Click on Setting->Configuration.2. Click Browse to locate a configuration file from your local system.3. Click Import to import the configuration file.Reset the system to factory configurations after you have tried all appropriatetroubleshooting suggestions but still have not solved your problems. You need to notethat all customized settings will be overwritten after reset, such as the registeredaccount, contacts, and call history information. You can export the configuration first, soyou can re-import the configuration to recovery the system after the reset.You can reset the system via the reset key on the VC400/VC120 codec, remote control orweb user interface.Note Reset of the system may take a few minutes. Do not power off until the phone starts upsuccessfully.
