Do not switch the cookeroff at its power point until the fan has cooled thecooker down.ABOUT CONDENSATION AND STEAMWhen food is heated it produces steam similar to aboiling kettle. The ovens are vented to allow some ofthis steam to escape. However, always stand backfrom the cooker when opening the oven door to allowany build up of steam or heat to release. If the steam comes into contact with a cool surfaceon the outside of the cooker, e.g. a trim, it willcondense and produce water droplets. This is quitenormal and is not caused by a fault on the appliance. To prevent discolouration, regularly wipe awaycondensation and also soilage from surfaces.GRILL AND OVEN FURNITUREThe following items of grill and oven furniture havebeen supplied with the cooker.1 grill pan1 grill pan handle1 grill pan grid1 grill deflector1 cranked shelffor grilling only2 straight shelvesfor main oven cookingThe grill deflector sits above the grill element andprevents fat splashing onto the grill roof. The deflector may be easily removed for cleaning.9S
