7Oven Function Control Knob0 The oven is off.The oven light is on.Conventional cooking - The heat comesfrom both the top and bottom element,ensuring even heating inside the oven.Bottom heating element - The heat comesfrom the bottom of the oven only.Inner grill - It can be used for grilling smallquantities.Full grill - The full grill element will be on.Pizza - The bottom element provides directheat to the base of pizzas, quiches or pies,while the fan ensures air is circulated to cookthe pizza toppings or pie fillings.Fan cooking - This allows you to roast or roastand bake simoultaneously using any shelf,without flavour transference.Defrost Setting - This setting is intended toassist in thawing of frozen food.Thermostat Control KnobTurn the thermostat control knob clockwise to selecttemperatures between 50°C and 230°C (MAX).Thermostat Control LightThe thermostat control light will come on when thethermostat control knob is turned. The light will remain onuntil the correct temperature is reached. It will then cycleon and off to show the temperature is being maintained.The Safety ThermostatThis oven is provided with a safety thermostat. In case ofmalfunctioning of the main thermostat, and consequentialover-heating, the safety device will stop the power supplyto the appliance. If this happens, call your local ServiceForce Centre.
