The IR port is located onthe top of your smartphone, between the antenna and the ringer switch, behind thesmall dark shield.Beaming a record1. Select the entry or category you want to beam. If a lock appears next to theitem, it can’t be beamed.2. Open the menus .3. Select Record, and then select one of the following:• Beam: Sends an individual record.• Beam Category: Sends all entries in the current category.4. When the Beam Status dialog box appears, point the IR port on your Treosmartphone directly at the IR port of the receiving device.5.
