Themeaning of each indicator is noted in the following table. During normal operation, all fiveindicators will be on.GENLOCK OFF indicates that the Genlock settingin the System menu is “Internal”FLASHING indicates that Genlock isselected in the System menu, butthere is no signal, or an invalid signal,at the GENLOCK input connector.Check the Genlock setting in the On-Screen System menu.Check the Genlock cable connectionsor signal.POWER FLASHING indicates that there is afault in the system power supply.Shut down the Image Server andcontact 360 Systems Customer Supportfor further hardware diagnosis.FANS FLASHING indicates that there is afault of the internal chassis fan.Check the chassis fan operation.Replace if necessary. Do not run theImage Server without a working fan.DRIVES FLASHING indicates that there is afault in the system RAID array.Check the RAID array status usingthe utility underSTART > System > RAID STATUS.SYSTEM FLASHING indicates that the CPU fanis running slow, or stopped; or that theCPU temperature or voltage is notwithin manufacturer’s specification.Shut down the Image Server andcontact 360 Systems Customer Supportfor further hardware diagnosis.Repairs should be performed only by qualified electronicstechnicians.
