From the Administration menu, choose ChangePassword [Alt]+[A]+[C]. The Change Password dialog box appears.4 In the Old Password edit box, type the default password: admin5 In the New Password and Confirm Password edit boxes, type the newpassword you want to assign to the TABM application.6 Choose the OK button.Starting Up a NewAccessBuilderServerIP NetworksWhen you run the TABM application (in a window or minimized as anicon), it launches TABMTOOL to “listen” in the background forconfiguration requests from new AccessBuilder servers (that is, serversthat have not yet been configured). When you connect such a server tothe network and power it up, the server sends configuration requests(BootP requests) to the network which are intercepted by theTABMTOOL.Make sure the AccessBuilder is powered on after TABM is running. IfTABM is launched after the AccessBuilder has been power on, theAccessBuilder’s BootP request will be missed.Upon receiving a request for configuration parameters, the TABMTOOLutility displays the AccessBuilder Configuration Parameters dialog box.Use this dialog box to provide the following basic configurationparameters:n IP address of the AccessBuildern IP address of the system running the TABM applicationn Subnet mask for the AccessBuildern Default gateway for the AccessBuilder (optional)n Super user passwordIPX NetworksThe AccessBuilder Manager can auto discover the AccessBuilders on theLAN without knowing the IPX address of the management workstationon which it is running.
