See the EnclosureElement Power Supply section for more.Command LoggingCLI has a logging function that makes an entry into a log file for eachcommand line that makes a change to the controller configuration (forexample, add/delete units). Both CLI and 3DM2 have this logging functionand it is enabled by default.You may be asked to supply this logfile to tech support for troubleshooting.Set the environment variable TW_CLI_LOG to ON or OFF to enable ordisable logging of controller commands into a log file called tw_mgmt.log.By default, TW_CLI_LOG is set to OFF. The command to start commandlogging varies by operating system.• For FreeBSD, Redhat and SuSE, (bash, ksh, or sh), enterexport TW_CLI_LOG=ON• For Windows, enterset TW_CLI_LOG=O• For Linux (chs C-shell), entersetenv TW_CLI_LOG ONLocation of the Log FileFor Windows Vista and Server 2008, the log file is stored in\ProgramData\AMCC.Note that ProgramData is a hidden folder by default. To display it inWindows Explorer, enter c:\ProgramData in the location field at the topof the Explorer Window. To make the folder permanently visible, selectOrganize > Folder and Search Options from the Explorer menu, choosethe View tab, and select the Show hidden files and folders option inAdvance settings.For all previous versions of Windows (XP, Server 2003, etc), the log file isstored in\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AMCCIn Linux, and FreeBSD, the log file is in the directory/var/log directory.
