Cut away excess threads withscissors.a Wrong side of fabricb Right side of fabricc If the desired results could not be achieved,adjust the tension of the bobbin thread andof the upper thread, and then try sewing thestitching again.For more details, refer to “ADJUSTING THETHREAD TENSION” on page S-114.Bobbin Work Free MotionSewingIf so desired, use a template or draw your designon the stabilizer to allow for ease of stitching.Remember, your stitches with your decorativethread will be on the underneath right side of yourfabric and the stabilizer will be on the top wrongside of your fabric.* For information about using free motion open toequilting foot “O”, refer to “Free Motion Quilting” onpage S-40.Note• Do not sew reverse or reinforcementstitches at the end of the stitching,otherwise the threads may become tangledor the needle may break. In addition, it willbe difficult to pull the bobbin thread up tothe wrong side of the fabric.Note• Do not press the “Thread Cutter” button tocut the threads, otherwise the machine maybe damaged.Note• If it is difficult to place bobbin threadthrough the eye of a hand sewing needle,use a ribbon embroidery needle to pull thethread to the wrong side of the fabric.Otherwise, use an awl to pull up the bobbinthread.Note• To ensure threads do not come undoneafter being tied place a drop of fabric glueon knots.
