For example, theEnter key appears as ENTER, the Escape key appears as ESC, and theBackspace key appears as BACKSPACE. The table below explains thekeyboard conventions used in this manual as well as the key functions.Key FunctionENTER and RETURN These are selection keys that performthe same Local Managementfunction. For example, “PressENTER” means that you can presseither ENTER or RETURN, unlessthis manual specifically instructs youotherwise.ESC This key lets you escape from a LocalManagement screen without savingyour changes. For example, “PressESC twice” means that you mustquickly press the escape key twotimes to exit the Local Managementscreen.SPACE bar and BACKSPACE These keys cycle through selectionsin some Local Management fields.Use the SPACE bar to cycle forwardthrough selections and useBACKSPACE to cycle backwardthrough selections.Arrows These are navigation keys. Use theUP-ARROW, DOWN-ARROW,LEFT-ARROW, and RIGHT-ARROWkeys to move the screen cursor. Forexample, “Use the arrow keys”means to press whichever arrow keymoves the cursor to the desired fieldon the Local Management screen.
