The radiolights will also be dim.To turn off the automatic headlampsystem, turn the exterior lampscontrol to P and then release it.The vehicle has a light sensor onthe top of the instrument panel thatcontrols the automatic headlampsystem. Do not cover the sensor,otherwise the headlamps may comeon when they are not needed.The system may also turn on theheadlamps when driving through aparking garage, heavy overcastweather, or a tunnel. This is normal.There is a delay in the transitionbetween the daytime and nighttimeoperation of the automaticheadlamp system so that drivingunder bridges or bright overheadstreet lights does not affect thesystem. The automatic headlampsystem is only affected when thelight sensor detects a change inlighting lasting longer than thedelay.If the vehicle is started in a darkgarage, the automatic headlampsystem will come on immediately.Once the vehicle leaves the garage,it takes approximately one minutefor the automatic headlamp systemto change if it is bright enoughoutside. During that delay, the
