Troubleshooting7-40ImportantAdjusting the Amount of Line Feed for Each MediaIf you still see white or dark color lines in your prints after adjusting the LFsetting, print the Paper Adjust pattern and adjust the amount of feeding foreach media. Before printing the Paper Adjust pattern, load A4 or letter sizemedia in Cassette 1.z Always load A4 or Letter size media in Cassette 1. If a smaller size is loaded, itmay smear ink inside the printer and onto other media.z You do not need to select the media size on the operation panel. The media is forcefed from Cassette 1 to print the pattern.1 Press the Power button to switch the printer on.After a few seconds “Ready” is displayed in the operation panel and theOnline lamp lights.2 Press the Online button to switch the Online lamp off.The printer is set offline.
