Printing from a Macintosh4-12Canceling a Foreground Print JobFollow the procedure below to cancel a print job in the foreground. Whenyou cancel a print job in the foreground, the print-in-progress dialog boxopens.1 When the print-in-progress dialog box opens, press and hold downthe Command key and press the period (.) key.The print job is canceled.2 If the Online lamp on the printer operation panel is flashing, indicatingthat the print job is still processing, press and hold down the CancelJob/Utility button for 3 seconds until “Job Cancel” is displayed, thenrelease the button.The print job in progress is canceled.3 If the Online lamp goes off and you cannot cancel the print job, pressand hold down for 1 second until the Message lamp lights andperform either a soft reset or a hard reset.If you perform a soft or hard reset, all the print jobs received by the printerand currently in progress are erased completely and must be restarted.Set MediaReset/EnterPowerOnline MessageInk ReplaceOnlineSetupCancel Job/Utility
