Clean the terminals with a cotton swab after about 10 times ofloading/unloading. The memory function is not supported by the camcorder.Protecting Tapes from Accidental ErasureTo protect your recordings from accidentalerasure, slide the tab on the cassette to theleft. (This switch position is usually labeledSAVE or ERASEOFE)If you load a protected cassette in CAMERAmode, the message "THE TAPE IS SETFORERASUREPREVENTION" appears for approx. 4seconds and _ starts flashing.
