E-7Handling the Hand BeltThe hand belt is attached to the Handheld Terminal. Remove the hand belt when it isnot needed.To remove the hand belt1. As shown in the illustration, hold downthe raised section on the HandheldTerminal as you pull off the hand beltbuckle.2. Peel off the hook and loop fastener andpull the hand belt back through the slotat the bottom of the battery pack cover.To attach the hand belt1. Feed the end of the hand belt throughthe slot at the bottom of the battery packcover, fold it back and secure it at asuitable length using the hook and loopfastener.2. As shown in the illustration, align thehand belt buckle with the attachmentposition on the Handheld Terminal andpress the buckle into place.Check that the buckle is fitted securely.Tip!Holding the Handheld Terminal asshown in the figure will make it easier touse.
