EN-51Digital Piano OperationsYour Digital Piano has a MIDI player that can play back theMIDI file types described below.■ Playable songs■ To select and play back a song1. If you want to play a song stored on a USBflash drive, insert the drive into the DigitalPiano’s cq USB flash drive port.• After mounting of the USB flash drive is complete, theDigital Piano will start to read a list of songs on thedrive, which is indicated by the message “WAIT” onthe display. Wait until the read operation is complete.• For precautions when handling a USB flash drive, see“USB Flash Drive” (page EN-60).2. Use the 3 mode selector button to cyclethrough settings until the “SONG” (SONGMode) indicator is lit.3. Use the bk – and bl + buttons to select a songnumber.• Selecting some songs will initially cause “LOADING” tobe displayed. This indicates that data is being loaded.4. To start playback of the selected song, touch8a.• The yellow and red LEDs above the 8a button willflash in time with the beat (yellow for beat 1, red for theremaining beats of each measure).• The operations below can be performed whileplayback is in progress.• Playback ends automatically when the end of the songis reached.Listening to Songs (MIDI Player)Song Type DescriptionUser songs You can add up to 10 songs to Digital Pianomemory as user songs (Song Number 1through 10).
