AKD 5000Programming Parameters — Special functions405 Reset function (RESET MODE)Value:Manual reset (MANUAL RESET) [0]Automatic reset x 1 (AUTOMATIC X 1) [1]✭Automatic reset x 2 (AUTOMATIC X 2) [2]Automatic reset x 3 (AUTOMATIC X 3) [3]Automatic reset x 4 (AUTOMATIC X 4) [4]Automatic reset x 5 (AUTOMATIC X 5) [5]Automatic reset x 6 (AUTOMATIC X 6) [6]Automatic reset x 7 (AUTOMATIC X 7) [7]Automatic reset x 8 (AUTOMATIC X 8) [8]Automatic reset x 9 (AUTOMATIC X 9) [9]Automatic reset x 10 (AUTOMATIC X 10) [10]Function:This parameter makes it possible to select thereset function desired after tripping. After reset, the frequency converter can be restarted.Description of choice:If Manual reset [0] is selected, reset must be effectedvia the [RESET] key or via the digital inputs. If the frequency converter is to carry out anautomatic reset (1-10 times) after tripping, select data value [1]-[10].NB!:The internal AUTOMATIC RESET counter isreset 10 minutes after the first AUTOMATICRESET has occurred.Warning: The motor may startwithout warning.406 Automatic restart time(AUT RESTART TIME)Value:0 - 10 min. ✭ 5 min.Function:This parameter allows setting of the time from trippinguntil the automatic reset function begins. It is assumed that automatic reset has beenselected in parameter 405.Description of choice:Set the desired time.409 Trip delay torque(TRIP DELAY TORQ.)Value:0 - 60 sec. (OFF) ✭ OFFFunction:When the frequency converter registers that theoutput torque has increased up to the torque limits(parameter 221) in the set time, cutting out iseffected when that time has passed.Description of choice:Select how long the frequency converter is to beable to run at the torque limit before cutting out. 60sec. = OFF means that the time is infinite; however, the thermal monitoring will still be active.411 Switching frequency(SWITCH FREQ.)Value:✭Depends on the unit output.Function:The set value determines the switching frequency ofthe frequency converter. If the switching frequencyis changed, this may help to minimise possibleacoustic noise from the motor.NB!:The output frequency of the frequency convertercan never assume a value higher than 1/10of the switching frequency.Description of choice:When the motor is running, the switching frequency isadjusted in parameter 411 until the frequency has beenobtained at which the motor is as low-noise as possible.NB!:Switching frequencies higher than 3.0 kHz (4.5kHz for 60°C AVM) lead to automatic derating ofthe maximum output of the frequency converter.412 Output frequency dependent switchingfrequency(VAR CARRIER FREQ)Value:✭Not possible (DISABLE) [0]Possible (ENABLE) [1]✭ = factory setting.
