You have read-only access to the AdminConsole even though you are a member ofthe Castor administrators realm, oryou cannot view the Admin Console. You added an operator (that is, a read-onlyuser) to the Castor operators realm butdid not add your administrator user name andpassword to the Castor operators realm.Failure to do so prevents you, an administrator, from properly accessing the Admin Console. To resolve this issue, add all of youradministrator users to the operatorsparameter in the node or cluster configurationfile as discussed in Section 6.2, “Managing DXStorage Administrators and Users”.4. A node has become unresponsive to networkrequests. Please be sure that your client network settingsare correct and that the node has reallybecome unresponsive before taking the nextsteps. This can be done by pinging the nodeand trying to display the web console (ie.http://192.168.3.200:90).If you have a keyboard that can be attached tothe system, you may hit Ctrl-Alt-Del in order toattempt a graceful shutdown. Otherwise, hit thehardware reset button or power cycle the node.5. Network never becomes connected on anode with multiple network interface ports.Check that the network cable is plugged intothe correct NIC. Depending upon the busorder and the order in which kernel drivers areloaded, the network ports may not match theirexternal labeling.6. A node is rebooting itself. If the electrical power is constant and thehardware is functioning properly, this mayindicate a software problem. The DX Storagesystem has a built-in failsafe and will rebootitself if something goes wrong. You shouldcontact Caringo support.
