77Appendix B: End User License Agreementof licenses that you have. If the number ofusers of Software installed on a network serverwill exceed the number of licenses, you mustpurchase additional licenses until the numberof licenses equals the number of users beforeallowing additional users to use the Software.If you are a commercial customer of Dell ora Dell affiliate, you hereby grant Dell, or anagent selected by Dell, the right to perform anaudit of your use of the Software during normalbusiness hours, you agree to cooperate withDell in such audit, and you agree to provideDell with all records reasonably related to youruse of the Software. The audit will be limited toverification of your compliance with the terms ofthis Agreement.The Software is protected by United Statescopyright laws and international treaties. Youmay make one copy of the Software solely forbackup or archival purposes or transfer it to asingle hard disk provided you keep the originalsolely for backup or archival purposes. Youshall reproduce and include copyright and otherproprietary notices on and in any copies forthe Software. You may not sublicense, rent orlease the Software or copy the written materialsaccompanying the Software, but you maytransfer the Software and all accompanyingmaterials on a permanent basis as part ofa sale or transfer of the Dell product if youretain no copies and the recipient agrees tothe terms hereof. Any transfer must includethe most recent update and all prior versions.You may not reverse engineer, decompile ordisassemble, modify or create derivative worksof the Software. If the package accompanyingyour computer contains compact discs, 3.5”and/or 5.25” disks, you may use only the disksappropriate for your computer. You may not usethe disks on another computer or network, orloan, rent, lease, or transfer them to anotheruser except as permitted by this Agreement.
