(Range: 0-127 characters)• description text — Specifies a comment describing this event. (Range: 0-127 characters)• name — Specifies the name of the person who configured this event. If the first sample isgreater than or equal to the rising threshold, and startup alarm is equal to risingor rising and falling, then a single rising alarm is generated.
