Check the battery cartridge terminals and indicationon the BHT unit, and then insert the cartridge in thedirection indicated by the arrow.Terminal Point Do not use battery cartridges other thanthose specified by DENSO WAVE.6. Insert the battery cover tab (1), and then close thebattery cover (2) The battery cover is now locked inposition. Note The BHT is equipped with a back-up battery used to back-up the internal memory and calendarclock. The internal back-up battery is charged first when charging is commenced.Do not remove the BHT from the charger for at least 10 minutes when using the BHT for the firsttime or when using after long periods of time.
