Thisservice is offered as part of the sales contract for the UPS. Contact an Eaton servicerepresentative in advance (usually a two-week notice is required) to reserve apreferred startup date.4.13 Completing the Installation ChecklistThe final step in installing the UPS system is completing the following InstallationChecklist. This checklist ensures that you have completely installed all hardware,cables, and other equipment. Complete all items listed on the checklist to ensure asmooth installation. Make a copy of the Installation Checklist before filling it out, andretain the original.After the installation is complete, an Eaton Customer Service Engineer must verifythe operation of the UPS system and commission it to support the critical load. Theservice representative cannot perform any installation tasks other than verifyingsoftware and operating setup parameters. Service personnel may request a copy ofthe completed Installation Checklist to verify all applicable equipment installationshave been completed.NOTE The Installation Checklist MUST be completed prior to starting the UPS system for the first time.
