12/14 MN05003004Z-EN 24 V PSU with localinputs/outputs9Terminal assignments LED displaysThe LEDs indicate the signal status for the inputs and outputs. AnLED that is ON indicates a H-level signal on the correspondingterminal. The two upper rows of LEDs show the signal status for the eightdigital inputs of the CPU module (I0.0 to I0.7), and the two lowerrows show the signal status for the six digital outputs (Q0.0 toQ0.5).Connecting interrupt inputsThe inputs I0.0, I0.1, I0.2, I0.3 can be used as interrupt inputs. The L/H edges are evaluated. The interrupt inputs act immediatelyand independently of the cycle time for the application and theystart the programmed Interrupt routines. The program sectionwhich has been processed up to the arrival of the Interrupt signalis interrupted immediately. All further Interrupt processes shouldbe application related programmed.Figure 4: Connections for PSU and local I/OI0.0 to I0.7: local digital inputsQ0.0 to Q0.5: local digital outputs0VQ /+24VQ: supply voltage for the local inputs/outputs0V/+24V: supply voltage to the processor unitI 0.0 I 0.1I 0.2 I 0.3I 0.4 I 0.5I 0.6 I 0.7Q 0.0 Q 0.1Q 0.2 Q 0.3Q 0.4 Q 0.524 V Q 0 VQ0 V24 VFigure 5: LEDs for the integral inputs/outputs0 1 2 34 5 6 70 1 2 34 5Inputs 0.0 to 0.3Inputs 0.4 to 0.7Outputs 0.0 and 0.3Outputs 0.4 and 0.5Figure 6: Interrupt input connections24 V0 VI0.1I0.324 V Q0 V Q14Interrupt 1Interrupt 43Interrupt 32Interrupt 2I0.0I0.2
