25Temperature Selection ChartTo keep several different foods hot, setthe temperature to the food needing thehighest setting. Place the items needing thehighest setting on the bottom of the drawerand items needing less heat on the rack.Tips: Do not put liquid or water in thewarming drawer. For moist foods, cover them with a lid oraluminum foil. For crisp foods, leave them uncovered. Do not use plastic containers or plasticwrap. Preheat prior to use according torecommended times. Place the empty dishes on the rack toraise them off the bottom of the drawer.If you want hotter dishes or want to heatfine china, please check with themanufacturer of the dishes for theirmaximum heat tolerance. Preheat empty serving dish whilepreheating the drawer. When holding hot, cooked foods andwarming empty serving dishes at thesame time, place the serving dishes onthe high rack position and the food onthe bottom of the drawer.CAUTION: Dishes may be hot.
