The machine can beoperated from the ground or platform controls andthe activation of one or the other is accomplishedwith the key switch. Failure of the key switch toactivate the appropriate control panel could causea hazardous operating situation.1 Pull out the red Emergency Stop button to theON position at both the ground and platformcontrols.2 Turn the key switch to platform control.3 Check the platform up/down function from theground controls.Result: The machine functions should notoperate.4 Turn the key switch to ground control.5 Check the machine functions from the platformcontrols.Result: The machine functions should notoperate.6 Turn the key switch to the OFF position.Result: The engine should stop and no functionsshould operate.CHECKLIST B PROCEDURES
