Thisprocedure will re-calibrate the zero load pointwithout effecting a previous full load calibration. Theplatform load capacity will be reduced until a fullload calibration has been performed. A full loadcalibration is required for rated load performance.Note: Perform this procedure with the machine on afirm, level surface.1 Fully retract the boom. Level the platform.2 Remove all material, tools and equipment fromthe platform. Remove the welder, if equipped.Tip-over hazard. Failure toremove all factory andnon-factory accessories couldresult in the machine tippingover, causing death or seriousinjury.Enter Service Mode. Refer to Repair Procedure,How to Enter the Service Mode.3 Press the settings button above the displayand navigate to the Sensor Calibrations menu.4 Navigate to the Load Sense calibration screen.5 Select and start the calibration procedure.6 Follow the on-screen instructions to set thezero load.7 Continue to follow the prompts to accept theweight.8 The calibration is now complete.Exit the Service Mode
