On Screen DisplayThe following functions of the AVR80IImay be controlled through the MenuControl System:INPUT SELECTION: After reachingthe INPUT SELECTOR menu (Figure#13), use the arrow keys on the remoteq to select the desired input.Remember that when a split listeningsession is desired, select the VIDEOsource first, followed by the AUDIOsource. To use the Tape Monitor, press thedown arrow button ¤ q to move theon-screen cursor. Use the ‹ and ›arrow buttons to turn the Tape MonitorOn or Off.RECORD OUT SELECTION: Afterreaching the REC OUT SELECTORmenu (Figure #14) use the navigationalarrow keys to select the input to eitherTAPE 1 or VCR 1. Note that if the cur-rent main input SOURCE is chosen, twomore lines will appear on the screen toremind you which audio and videosources are selected. (Figure #15).SURROUND MODE: After reachingthe SURROUND MODE menu (Figure#16), use the navigational arrows q toselect the desired mode. When a mode isselected that uses the surround channels,you may change the rear channelDELAY TIME at this menu.TEST TONE: At this menu you mayadjust the speaker output levels.
