NO, GO TO STEP 004.)• Run the diagnostics program from the servicepartition.003 - DOES SYSTEM LOAD THE DIAGNOSTICSPROGRAM FROM THE SERVICE PARTITION?(YES, READ AHEAD. NO, GO TO STEP 004.)• Follow the instructions on the screen and selectUtility from the diagnostics program menu.• Select Tech Support Form from the menu, pressF5 to execute, then generate a systemconfiguration report.• Compare the system configuration list with theactual devices installed in system.NOTE: If necessary, remove the machine cover andvisually compare the devices installed insystem to those shown in the systemconfiguration report.• Go to step 006.
