Undefined Terminal TypesIf an undefined terminal type from the DEFINE TERMINAL option menu is entered, the menu prompts the user to enter a valid terminal type, and the menu is redis-played until either a valid type is entered or the user exits the DEFINE TERMINALoption.Resetting the Terminal: If the user enters a terminal type that is valid(according to the DEFINE TERMINAL option menu) but is not the correct type for theASCII terminal being used, you may have difficulty reading the screen, using thefunction keys or the Enter key. These difficulties can be bypassed by pressing Ctrl-Cto reset the terminal. The screen display that results from resetting the terminalvaries with the mode in which the system is running: Online Normal or Maintenance Mode - The command prompt appears.
