Click OK.Using the Standby button on the keyboardIf you are using the Rapid Access keyboard, you can put the computer inStandby mode by pressing the Standby button located at the top of thekeyboard.To bring the computer out of Standby mode, press the computer power buttonfor less than four seconds.Using the power buttonWith Windows, you can set your power button to one of two modes:Shutdown or Standby.v When the power button is set for Standby, the computer goes into Standbymode if you press the button for less than four seconds while the computeris on. To bring the computer out of Standby mode, press the computerpower button for less than four seconds. An incoming modem ring while thecomputer is in Standby mode also brings the computer out of Standbymode.v When the power button is set for Shutdown, pressing the power button,regardless of the length of time you hold it in, simply turns off or starts thecomputer.The power button is preset for shutdown.
