It does thisby activating the filtration pump and circulating the waterto prevent freeze inside equipment or plumbing. Freezeprotection does not guarantee that equipment will not bedamaged by extended periods of freezing temperaturesor power outages. In these conditions, the pool and spashould be shut down completely (e.g. drained of water andclosed for the winter) until warmer weather exists.The pump freeze protect run time may be interrupted bypressing a preset key, as follows:Pressing the key "" once overrides the pump freeze protectrun time, pressing it twice turns off the pump.
