For example, in some XP PCs with Palm Desktop OS 4.x andHotSync Manager 4.x, you may experience problems HotSyncing your M-Unit. If youencounter this compatibility problem with your XP PC and Palm Desktop, follow the stepsbelow to resolve it.Important: Before you download the updates, you must have already installed on your XPPC Palm Desktop OS 4.x or higher. You must download the newer Palm Desktop 4.1.4Eupgrade from the Palm website, irrespective of what model of Palm PDA you currentlyhave.Complete the following steps to resolve the compatibility issue:1.
