24FIRST INSTALLATION: Single-cable system (manual)If one or more receivers arealready present on the systemand an additional receiver is tobe connected, you must assignthe new receiver a transmissionfrequency that is not already inuse (otherwise the receivers willinterfere with each other).Depending on the system to whichthey are connected, a maximumof four or eight receivers may beconnected to a single-cable system(a twin receiver counts as tworeceivers).No frequency can be used by more than one receiver.The receivers would interfere with each other.You can fi nd the necessary information (transmission frequencies) in thedocumentation supplied with your system.Secure channel with PINIf your single-cable system allows the transmission frequency to be protected by entering a PIN, this is themenu for defining the PIN. No other receiver can then use that transmission frequency unless thePIN is input.Select the setting "Yes" using the buttons. A line with the text “Password PIN” is then displayed.Press the buttons to select this line. You can now use the number buttons to enter a PIN (0-255).Connected equipmentUse the buttons to select the type of system to which they are connected or the single-cablesystem components fitted (refer to the manuals, instructions and notes for the system and the systemcomponents).
