After Changing the PCB1. After changing the printed circuit board, write the up-to-date Firmware following the instructions in the “RE-ALIGNMENT 4. Firmware Programming Mode”.2. Using the KPG-109D(C), select your desired item (ModelName and Frequency) from the Model → Product Infor-mation menu, then use Program → Write Data to therepeater to write the FPU data (PC Programming mode).When writing to the repeater, a Warning Message, cor-responding to the item selected, appears. Click [OK] tocontinue writing the data.3. Enter Program → Test mode, then adjust the variousadjustment data (PC Test mode) as described in the “AD-JUSTMENT”.4. For the X53-414, attach the new labels corresponding tothe new printed circuit board. (Refer to the images abovefor label placement.)5. If necessary, write the FPU data used by the customerwith the KPG-109D(C) or KPG-110SM.Note:• When a new printed circuit board is used, the KenwoodESN changes, as does the Repeater Information displayof the KPG-109D(C), but this does not have any effect onthe operation of the transceiver.• If changing to the original Kenwood ESN and NXDN ESN,please contact our service center.• Re-installing other parts from original unit to Service unitis not required after changing to Service unit.TROUBLE SHOOTING / 故障排除Cut-off Line / 剪切线Kenwood ESN Label / Kenwood ESN 标签Kenwood ESN LabelKenwood ESN 标签Kenwood ESN Label / Kenwood ESN 标签Side View / 侧视图Rear View / 后视图NXDN ESN Label (12 digits)NXDN ESN 标签（12 位）注意 : 对于 X53-414，Kenwood ESN 标签上未印制 UPC 代码和UPC 条码。如有必要，可在剪切线处切断标签，仅贴上序列号。2-4. 更换 PCB 后1. 更换印刷电路板后，按照“模式组合 4. 固件编程模式”的说明写入最新的固件。2. 使用 KPG-109D(C)，从 Model → Product Information菜单中选择所需的项目 ( 型号名称和频率 )，然后用Program → Write Data to the repeater 写入 FPU 数据 (PC编程模式 )。写入中继台时，会出现与所选项目对应的警告讯息。单击[OK] 继续写入数据。3. 进入 Program → Test mode，然后按照“调整”中的说明调整各项调整数据 (PC 测试模式 )。4. 对于 X53-414，贴上与新印刷电路板对应的新标签。( 关于标签位置，请参见上图。)5. 如有必要，可使用 KPG-109D(C) 或 KPG-110SM 写入用户使用的 FPU 数据。注意：• 使用新印刷电路板时，Kenwood ESN 会改变，KPG-109D(C)的中继台信息显示也会改变，但这并不影响中继台的操作。• 若要改为原来的 Kenwood ESN 和 NXDN ESN，请与我方的维修中心联系。• 换为维修单元之后，不需要将原始单元的其他部件重新安装到维修单元。
