Select a receive frequency.Select an offset frequency.Select an offset direction.Activate theTone function, if necessary.Select a Tone frequency, if necessary.Press microphone [PTT].FLOW CHART FOR REPEATER ACCESS @ Selecting Offset FrequencySelect how much the transmit frequency will be offsetfrom the receive frequency.1 Press [F] (1s) to access Menu A.2 Select “O.S” {page 17}.¢ The current offset frequency appears.‘a MENU j=j || 43 Select the appropriate offset frequency within20 MHz of the receive frequency.¢ The setting for “F.S” (Menu A) determines thefrequency steps used while you are selecting theoffset frequency.¢ The minimum selectable offset frequency is dependenton the current frequency step.4 Press [F] or microphone [PTT] to exit Menu A.Note: Selections must be made within approximately 10 seconds orthe previous mode is restored. |
