XD-8550/XD-6000 (En/T)3 4Preparation sectionBasic sectionApplication sectionKnowledge sectionsLet's recordAdjusting the recording levelRestarting recordingThe following procedure allows to re-record sound from themiddle of recording.The following procedure assumes the presence of a non-recorded section of 4 seconds before the recording startposition.1 Press the key during recording.2 Return the recording source compo-nent to the position you want torestart recording, and put the sourcecomponent to pause mode.3 Press the REC/ARM key twice.4 Press the REC/ARM key once.5 Play (Receive) the music to be re-corded.÷ Recording is stopped, the tape is returned to the recording startposition, and the deck enters stop mode after leaving a non-recordedsection of about 2 seconds after the previous music.÷ If there is no music recorded before the recording start position, thedeck enters stop mode after tape rewinding.1 Perform the procedure of “Record-ing” until step 4. ¤2 Adjust the recording level.3 To restart recording÷ If the recorded sound is too large or distorted, decrease the recordinglevel.
