Fitness protocols are not heart ratecontrolled. Upon completion you will receive an assessmentscore (0-100) or superlative.• Navy 1 ½-Mile Test• Army 2-Mile Test• Air Force 1 ½-Mile Test• Marine Corps 3-Mile TestTo run a fitness protocol:1. Press HOME • PROGRAMS • FITNESS TESTS.2. In the Fitness Tests menu, select one of the fitnessprotocols.3. When the fitness test setup screen appears, use thenumeric keypad to adjust your age and the male/femalebutton to select your gender.Note: If you feel discomfort at any point during the fitness test,stop the test.4.
