Getting Started1. Read and understand this chapter before you begin.2. Straddle the treadbelt with one foot on each traction strip.Begin walking on the treadbelt when it starts to move.3. Press START. After 3 seconds, the treadbelt starts movingat 0.5 mph and you are prompted to login (CommercialMode defaults to Guest).4. From this screen you maylog in as an existing client, aguest, or create a newclient. See “Creating aClient (Residential Only)” onpage 81.5. If you select Guest you areprompted to enter yourweight. You may enter yourweight or press IGNORE.
