Select a built-in program by using the arrow keys or pressthe PROGRAMS button to scroll through the list, then pressENTER. You are prompted to enter the following programparameters:• Maximum Speed: This scales the speed curve to themaximum speed entered .• Maximum Incline: This scales the elevation curve tothe maximum incline entered.• Program Time: Sets the total length of time you wantthe program to run.• Minimum Speed/Incline: INTERVALS Program only.4. Enter the Maximum Speedusing the numeric keypad orthe arrow to select a value,then press ENTER or wait 3seconds.5. Enter the Maximum Inclineusing the numeric keypad orthe arrow to select a value,then press ENTER or wait 3seconds.6. Enter Program Time usingthe numeric keypad or thearrow, then press ENTER orwait 3 seconds. The timeshould be at least 10minutes and not more than99 minutes.
