Make sure totouch the metal frame of the server to discharge static electricity from yourbody before handling the Solid State Drive. For static notes, refer to “Handling precautions (forAnti-static Measures)”.• An optional Solid State Drive may contain operating system. Be very carefulwhen handling the drive.• Do not use any Solid State Drives not approved by NEC. If an unapproved thirdparty's Solid State Drive is installed in the CPU blade, not only the Solid StateDrive but also the CPU blade may be defected.• If Solid State Drives of different disk capacities co-exist in the CPU Blade, thesystem can operate normally. However, to use the Solid State Drives in RAIDconfiguration, use Solid State Drives of the same model number.• An SSD bracket and screws are not provided with the optional Solid StateDrive. Use them that come with the CPU blade.
