EXPRESSSCOPE ENGINE 33.1 OverviewEXPRESSSCOPE Engine 3 provides a variety of features using BMC (Baseboard Management Controller),which is a system management LSI.EXPRESSSCOPE Engine 3 monitors the temperature and voltage of the server. If you have the managementLAN port connected to the network, you can remotely perform the following over a web browser or SSH client:• Manage the server• Remotely control the keyboard, video, and mouse (KVM)*• Remotely access a CD/DVD/floppy disk/ISO image/USB memory*.* To actualize these functions, virtual USB mass storage device (Remote FD, Remote CD/DVD, RemoteUSB Memory, or Vritual Flash) is always connected as USB mass storage devices for CPU blade.Tips More than one removable drives other than the actual drive are displayed on theoperating system of the host system.
