Costs of initial technical adjustments (set-up),including adjustment of user controls.3. Payment of shipping and related chargesincurred in returning the Product for warrantyrepair.You must return this Product directly to aNECTECH factory for warranty service. It shall beyour obligation and expense to ship the Product,freight prepaid, or to deliver it to a NECTECHauthorized service center or other facility authorizedby NECTECH to render the warranty services ineither the original package or a similar packageaffording an equal degree of protection.NECTECH will send a replacement printer whichwill be, at NECTECH’s option, new or like new, andwill meet all of the specifications of the replacedprinter. The replacement printer will be shipped toyou at NECTECH’s expense by overnight deliverywithin the United States, upon receipt of your defec-tive printer, or upon receipt of a major credit cardnumber to guarantee receipt of the defective printer.The warranty period on any replacement printer shallbe either (1) the remaining balance of the originaltwo (2) year term, or (2) ninety (90) days, whicheveris longer. With the exception of the duration, theterms and conditions of this warranty shall apply toany replacement printer.NECTECH may require that you provide the originalbill of sale or receipt as proof of purchase in order toobtain warranty service.
