Observecaution when removing the battery or memory card.Internal Memory and Memory CardsCamera data, including images and movies, can be saved in either the camera’sinternal memory (approximately 74 MB) or on a memory card. To use the camera’sinternal memory for shooting or playback, first remove the memory card.Approved Memory CardsThe following Secure Digital (SD) memory cards have been tested and approvedfor use in this camera.• Memory cards with an SD Speed Class rating of 6 or faster are recommended forrecording movies. When using a memory card with a lower Speed Class rating,movie recording may stop unexpectedly.1 If the memory card will be used with a card reader or similar device, make sure that thedevice supports 2 GB cards.• Contact the manufacturer for details on the above cards.
