Scroll to highlight a group, andselect one of the following callergroup options:Group name — Rename the groupto your preference.Group ringing tone — Set theringing tone for the group.Group logo — Turn the graphic forthe caller group on or off.Group members — Add or removemembers from the caller group.Set up speed diallingYou can associate any entry in thecontacts list with a key from 2–9; todial those entries, press and hold theassigned key.Assign a key to speed dialling1. In the standby mode, selectContacts > Speed dials.2. Scroll to any empty slot, andselect Assign.3. Enter the number (including thearea code), and select OK; orselect Search to retrieve anumber from the contacts list.4. Enter the contact name for thenumber, and select OK.If Speed dials is off, the phonedisplays a prompt asking if youwant to turn Speed dials on.5. Select Yes to activate Speed dials.Change speed dialling numbers1. In the standby mode, selectContacts > Speed dials.2. Scroll to the Speed dials entryyou wish to change and selectOptions > Change.3. Enter the new number; or selectSearch to retrieve a number fromthe contacts list, and select OK.4. Enter a name for the entry, andselect OK.Delete speed dialling numbers1. In the standby mode, selectContacts > Speed dials.2. Scroll to the Speed dials locationyou wish to delete.3. Select Options > Delete > OK todelete the key assignment.■ Edit contacts list entries1. In the standby mode, scroll downto display the contents of yourcontacts list.2. Scroll to the entry you would liketo edit, and select Details.Edit phone number1. Highlight the phone number youwould like to edit and selectOptions.2. Select one of the followingoptions, then OK.
