Record voicetags and use them in a quietenvironment.• Very short names are not accepted.Use long names and avoid similarnames for different numbers.Note: Using voice tags may bedifficult in a noisyenvironment or during anemergency, so you should notrely solely upon voice diallingin all circumstances.Assign a voice tag to an entryBefore you can use voice dialling, youmust first assign a voice tag to thenumber.1. In standby mode, scroll down toenter the contacts list.2. Highlight the contact you want toassign a voice tag, select Details >Options > Add voice tag > Select >Start.3. Speak clearly into the microphone.Note: Do not select Quitunless you want to cancel therecording.The phone automatically stopsrecording and saves and replays thevoice tag. The icon appears next tocommands which have voice tagsassigned.If recording is not successful, yourphone displays an error message.Select Options > Add voice tag andrepeat Step 3.
