Your phone finds the phonenumber, displays it briefly, then dials it.Choosing an outgoing lineSome networks offer a service that allows you to have morethan one phone line—for example, one for work-related callsand one for personal calls. If you have subscribed to thisservice and your SIM card supports this feature, you can useMenu 4 1 4 to select Line 1 or Line 2 for outgoing calls.(You can receive calls on either line at any time.)Tip: You can also press and hold until the phonedisplays Change the phone line? Press OK to switchlines or to cancel.Voice messages, call timers, and call forwarding workseparately on the second phone line. See the individualentries regarding these features for more information.Line numbers on your phone’s screenWhen Line 1 is selected for outgoing calls, appears onthe start screen. When Line 2 is selected for outgoing calls,appears on the start screen.When you receive a call on the line that is not selected foroutgoing calls, that line number flashes on your phone’sscreen. Once you have answered the call, the number of theoutgoing line is displayed again.Calling card callsBefore you can make a call using a calling card, you have toenter your calling card information into the phone. See ‘Callingcard set-up’ on page 16.To make a call using a calling card:1 Enter the phone number, including any prefix (such as 0or 1) that your calling card may require when you makea calling card call.
