Advanced WLAN settingsSelect Options > Advanced settings and from thefollowing:● IPv4 settings — Enter the IP address of your device, thesubnet IP address, the default gateway, and the IPaddresses of the primary and secondary DNS servers.Contact your internet service provider for these addresses.● IPv6 settings — Define the type of DNS address.● Ad-hoc channel (only for Ad-hoc) — To enter a channelnumber (1-11) manually, select User defined.● Proxy server address — Enter the address for the proxyserver.● Proxy port number — Enter the proxy port number.Active data connectionsSelect Menu > Settings and Connectivity > Connectionmgr..In the active data connections view, you can see the opendata connections:data callspacket data connectionswireless LAN (WLAN) connectionsNote: The actual invoice for calls and services fromyour service provider may vary, depending on networkfeatures, rounding off for billing, taxes, and so forth.To end a connection, select Options > Disconnect.To end all open connections, select Options > Disconnectall.To view the details of a connection, select Options >Details.SynchronisationSelect Menu > Settings and Connectivity > Datatransfer > Sync.The Synchronisation application enables you to synchroniseyour notes, calendar entries, text and multimedia messages,browser bookmarks, or contacts with various compatibleapplications on a compatible computer or on the internet.You may receive synchronisation settings in a specialmessage from your service provider.A synchronisation profile contains the necessary settings forsynchronisation.When you open the application, the default or previouslyused synchronisation profile is displayed. To modify theprofile, tap a synchronisation item to include it in the profileor to leave it out.To manage synchronisation profiles, select Options and thedesired option.To synchronise data, select Options > Synchronise.
