At the standby mode screen,select Menu > Gallery.A list of folders is displayed.Images, Video clips, Music files,Graphics, Tones, and Recordingsare preset in the phone. If there isa MultiMediaCard in the phone, aMultiMediaCard icon is alsodisplayed.2. Scroll to a folder, and select Opento view a list of the files in thefolder.ORSelect Options to access thefollowing:Delete folder —Delete a folderyou have created. You cannotdelete a preset folder.Move—Move the selected folderinto another folder. Afterselecting Move, scroll to anotherfolder, and select Options >Move here. You cannot move apreset folder.Rename folder—Rename a folderyou have created. You cannotrename a preset folder.The following options areavailable only for theMultiMediaCard folder.Set password—Create apassword (1–8 characters) for theMultiMediaCard, to protect itagainst unauthorised use.Change password—Change theMultiMediaCard password thatyou have created.Delete password—Delete theMultiMediaCard password thatyou have created.Rename mem. card—Enter aname for the MultiMediaCard.Format mem. card—Delete allfiles and folders stored on theMultiMediaCard.Details—Show the name, size,and date of creation of theselected folder.Type of view—Select List, or Gridto determine how the folders andthe files within folders aredisplayed.Sort—Sort the contents of theselected folder by name, date,format, or size.Add folder—Create a new folder.Memory status—Check theavailable memory for the phonehandset or the MultiMediaCard.Activation key list—View the listof available activation keys. Youcan delete activation keys ifdesired.
